Apparently there's always a secret hidden daily quest in whatever area the Klaxxi dailies are in that day.

We tried to do it last weekend but it the daily quest hub wasn't for that area so it didn't work. Instead we killed the worm mob down in that southern area with all the tiny islands and he dropped the quest starting item you could turn in for rep. I believe on any day you can either kill the worm, the big bug, or the warlord summoned with the emotes depending on where that day's daily quest hub is.
